Delivery times are estimates after dispatch and exclude weekends, public holidays, customs delays and circumstances outside the carrier’s control. Available destinations and final shipping options are confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for quality inspection, preparation and secure packaging before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking may take 1–2 business days to become active after the parcel reaches the international shipping hub.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping information carefully. If a correction is needed, email infinitasrealm@outlook.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to redirect it.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us. After reviewing the tracking information with the carrier, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or refund.
