1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We proudly ship worldwide from our fulfillment hub in Hong Kong. Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are detailed below:

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include potential customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen courier circumstances.

2. Order Processing & Crafting Time

Because our jewelry pieces feature authentic natural gemstones and fine inlays, many items are handmade or finished to order.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1 - 3 business days for production, quality inspection, and secure packaging before shipment.

3. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will personally send a shipping confirmation email directly to you containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can monitor your shipment's status using the tracking information provided in that email.

  • 🔍 Important Note on Tracking Updates: Due to the efficient nature of international express transit, it typically takes 1 - 2 business days for your package to be processed through the international airport shipping center in Hong Kong. During this brief initial period, tracking information will be updated and become fully visible online as soon as the package is scanned at the international hub.

4. Address Corrections & Customer Responsibility

Please review your shipping details carefully during checkout.

  • 2-Hour Grace Period: If you notice an error in your shipping address or contact information, please notify our customer care team at infinitasrealm@outlook.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Liability Disclaimer: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Once a parcel has been processed and shipped, we are legally and logistically unable to redirect or alter the delivery address.

5. Lost Packages & Delivery Guarantee

Your peace of mind is our priority. In the rare event that your package encounters severe international transit delays and does not arrive within 30 days from the shipment date, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
