Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your unique jewelry pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
  1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  1. Item Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the premium jewelry box, protective pouches, certificates (if applicable), and any gifts with purchase.
  • Natural Materials Disclaimer: Please note that all of our gemstones (such as Crystal, Southern Red Agate, Amber, Lapis Lazuli, Turquoise, etc.) are 100% natural. Natural minerals naturally possess unique traits. Variations in color, internal ice cracks, cotton-like textures, clouds, or minor mineral pits are unique marks of nature and are NOT considered product defects or damages.
  1. Eligible Refund Amount

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund of the product purchase price will be processed. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns driven by personal preferences (such as buyer's remorse, minor color variations, or sizing issues).
  1. Refund Payment Destination

Approved refunds will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Alternative Option (Store Credit): If preferred, we can issue your refund in the form of Store Credit (E-Gift Card). Store Credit is processed immediately upon approval and allows you to choose an alternative piece at your convenience.
  1. How Exchanges Work

The most efficient way to exchange a product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need a direct exchange due to sizing issues (e.g., bracelet length or ring size), please contact our customer care team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will send out the replacement item after verifying the returned item's condition.
  1. Sale Items and Non-Returnable Goods

  • Sale & Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased under "Clearance", "Final Sale", or "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" promotions cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrive damaged.
  • Hygiene and Customization Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, any customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.
  1. Return Shipping Cost Allocation

  • Buyer's Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, sizing errors). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Seller's Responsibility (Damaged or Wrong Items): If the item arrives genuinely broken, severely damaged, or if we shipped the incorrect product, please contact us at [ infinitasrealm@outlook.com ] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or arrange a free replacement entirely at our cost.
  1. To start a return, please email our customer care team at [ infinitasrealm@outlook.com ] with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with the return shipping address to our fulfillment facility.
